1. What is Shizaach's return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shizaach.products@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided once we are contacted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. What are the shipping options?

Shizaach's shipping options are standard delivery. Depending on your location; Australia and NZ have the times of 2-10 business days. We are working towards creating a streamlined approach for express shipping for you soon!

3. What do I do if I never receive my order?

On occasion, deliveries may take longer than others depending on location, capacity from our fulfilment centres. Please allow 20 business days to receive your order. If you have not received, please contact us via shizaach.products@gmail.com. We will track it through our fulfilment centre and respond within 2 business days.

4. When will I receive my order?

Australia and NZ customers, would expect their order in 1-7 business days, on occasion within 10 business days. USA, UK, France, Canda can expect orders any time up to 10-30 business days.

5. How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to the sizing tables provided under each product for the correct sizing. If you receive your order and it is not the correct size, please refer to our returns policy for more information.

6. Where is Shizaach located?

We are located in Brisbane, Queensland. Our fulfilment centres we use are based in Australia, UK, USA, Germany & China.

7. Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order and your card has been charged we cannot change this. The entire order will have to be refunded and you will have to re-order.
